Food, eating yoga is an exciting field to explore and grow in – and of course to work with!
Our Yogic food coach training aims to give you so much more than just knowledge about healthy food. We have based the entire course on a holistic approach. The focus is on the eating itself more than the food.
We will dive into this part of eating as a practice and reflect on how we eat, what we eat, when we eat and how it feels. The purpose of yoga is to unite the different parts – to join. In yoga we join the body-mind -and soul.
Yogic foodcoaching is about the same thing. We want to unite food and eating with our body, soul and mind. Grounding ourselves in an awareness around food and eating will help us in choosing the right food, time, company or mindset when we eat.
Together with your clients, you will explore this part of food – and how it relates to body, soul and mind. Working with Yogic foodcoaching is both exciting and rewarding and can be combined with your yoga practice, body therapy, health coaching or used as an entirely separate part of your
business. In the following block, you will get to meet your teacher in the course.
In addition to this course offering you an education to practice in your profession, it will take you on your own journey where you will have the opportunity to develop yourself. You will question old patterns and thoughts that may limit you. Dare to enter this course with an open mind and an open heart. Explore, experiment and have fun along the way! This is a distance course, so you can do it in your time and plan it exactly as it suits you.
